1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Hallsdesign's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Hallsdesign provides logo design, brand identity, web development, and hosting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work on most projects
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may result in suspension of services and incur interest charges
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- You receive full rights to use the final delivered designs
- Hallsdesign retains the right to display work in our portfolio
- Source files and working documents remain property of Hallsdesign unless specifically agreed otherwise
5. Revisions and Changes
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged at our hourly rate of £50/hour.
6. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or third-party services are not the responsibility of Hallsdesign.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed
- Hosting services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
8. Limitation of Liability
Hallsdesign's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
